Martin Parr

Martin Parr is probably one of my favourite photographers of all time and I love his work even more after I have discovered my love of using colour film within my own work. I find it so brash and in a sense lurid that it is really exciting to look at his work and also the way in which he photographs certain subjects. The 'the last resort' project really inspired me to also explore the idea of the British seaside, not in a comedic way as he does but more in a childhood nostalgia sense.
